Flavored Butter

Bacon Butter

1/2 cup butter at room temperature
3/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
4 slices of crisp cooked bacon, crumbled

In small bowl, cream together  butter and mustard.  Blend in  crumbled bacon.  Spread on hot toasted English  muffin  halves.   
Makes about 2/3 cup.

Strawberry Butter

1 cup butter at room temperature
One 10oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar

In blender or food processor, combine strawberries, butter and powdered sugar.  Cover and blend on high speed until combined. Spread on hot toasted English muffin halves.
